What must be agreed before payment?
The exact page and section, deliverables, materials, revision rounds, publication date, term, total amount and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before invoicing. An enquiry is not a booking.
What happens if I cancel?
Before editing starts, cancellation receives a full refund. After work starts, only previously agreed charges for completed work are deducted and the undelivered balance is refunded. No retrospective cancellation charges apply.
Can I request a smaller scope?
Yes. A smaller deliverable can be quoted separately in writing. It does not include the full standard package. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed scope and price.
