What goes in, what comes back

Use a CampaignHQ account and compatible MCP client. Ask about a campaign, audience or delivery problem; the assistant can retrieve permitted records, prepare drafts and return an app review link. It acts under your account role. See the official capability overview.

Best fit: an existing CampaignHQ team that wants help preparing work in its AI assistant. If your data already lives elsewhere, check that platform's connector before considering a migration.

Account access and costs

The current access FAQ lists every plan, including free. An administrator can disable AI access. MCP does not consume CampaignHQ AI credits; your AI app has its own model and billing.

The setup documentation lists India and US endpoints. Copy the URL for your account from Settings → Integrations → Connect AI. Confirm your client's authentication and plan requirements.

No separate MCP fee is listed on those pages. Normal platform and messaging charges still matter: check CampaignHQ pricing for your channels. Free-plan eligibility does not mean all messages or external AI use are free.

Read, write and send are different permissions

This is not a read-only server. Draft and contact changes are possible with the relevant permissions. Campaign launch and automation activation happen in CampaignHQ. A single WhatsApp inbox reply requires separate permission and administrator enablement.

The tool reference limits self-test emails to your login address, 20 per hour. Contact create/update accepts up to 100 rows per call and has a company-wide hourly row limit; its numeric quota is not published.

A useful first check

Start with a completed campaign and reporting access only. Ask for delivery and click results over a specific date range, then compare them with the same report in CampaignHQ. Review missing data and metric definitions before allowing writes.

For a draft, inspect the audience, sender, content and review link before a person launches it. If Connect AI is absent or access fails, check account region and administrator settings against the setup docs. Regional hosting alone does not establish where a connected AI provider processes data.

Source and test limits

This basic profile describes public documentation. We have not connected a customer account, sent a test, or measured marketing results. It does not establish conversion lift, deliverability improvement or suitability for unattended campaigns.
