What happened to Clockwise?

Clockwise is no longer available. Its Our Next Chapter announcement says the team joined Salesforce and the service ended on March 27, 2026. The announcement describes a team move; it does not establish an acquisition of the Clockwise product.

This page is a historical record and migration starting point. There is no current Clockwise plan to buy.

What the shutdown notice said

Clockwise said its managed Smart Hold events, including Focus Time, would be removed; Flexible Meetings would stop shifting and Scheduling Links would cease working. It said user data would be deleted shortly after shutdown, with no transfer to Salesforce, and prepaid subscription time beyond March 27 would receive prorated refunds.

These are the provider's historical shutdown terms, not confirmation of a particular user's deletion or refund. The notice recommended Reclaim for transition. Read the official shutdown FAQ.

Choose an alternative by the scheduling job

The following services still present current access on their official sites, checked October 3, 2026. Features and permissions differ; none is a guaranteed one-for-one replacement.

Compare calendar and scheduling workflows

Before reconnecting your calendar

Inventory the routines you still need: protected focus blocks, moving meetings, booking links or task planning. Recreate only those rules in the replacement. Check shared-calendar support, time zones and read/write permissions before enabling automatic changes. Review a sample week for missing blocks or accidental duplicate events.

Do not assume old Clockwise data can still be exported, or that a historical migration discount remains available. Confirm any current offer directly with the replacement provider.
