What you monitor and manage

The official product page lists grid-based Google Maps rank tracking, profile audits, AI review replies, posts and reporting. Start by identifying the correct Business Profile, service area and search terms. A grid is useful because a business can appear differently at different nearby search locations.

Keep the grid area and search terms consistent when comparing runs. A change in measurement location is not necessarily a change in the listing's performance.

Trial and paid scope

The pricing page offers a seven-day trial and plans organized by Business Profile seats, including Pro 1, Pro 10, Pro 30, Pro 60 and Pro 120. The trial includes limited AI tokens and map-scan credits; it is not a permanently free monitoring plan.

Confirm the current amount, checkout currency, scan allowance and renewal period for your seat count. Agency access and white-label reporting are plan-dependent. Check the displayed paid total in your selected currency before purchase.

Review automation before enabling it

Connecting a listing gives software access to business information and potentially public-facing actions. Check which accounts are connected, the permissions granted and whether replies or posts can be reviewed before publication.

AI drafts should be checked against the actual review and the business's policies. Do not invent a customer experience or use generated responses to imply that a complaint was resolved when it was not.

Who should consider it
