The official interface offers file, URL and live transcription entry points. Its plan table lists speaker identification and TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT and VTT exports. Language support, accuracy and speed remain provider claims; we have not tested them.

The pricing page includes an annual Pro offer of $119.99 paid for the year, shown as $9.99 per month equivalent, with 24,000 transcription minutes. That is not a $9.99 month-to-month charge.

Use a short recording first

Choose the actual spoken language and test a recording containing overlapping speakers or names relevant to your work. Compare the transcript against the audio and inspect subtitle timing.
